Ingredients:

6 to 8 Extra-large onions, very finely sliced
5 to 6 Medium Cloves garlic, chopped
3 oz. unsalted butter
4 Tablespoons Extra-virgin Olive oil
1/3 to 1/2 Cup Flour
you Large Can (49 ounces) reduced-sodium Chicken broth
one particular Package (32 ounces) lowered sodium Beef broth
Sodium and Pepper to preference
1/4 to 1/2 tablespoon Dried Thyme
1/4 tablespoon Poultry Seasoning
French Loaf of bread
8 to 12 Pieces Gruyere Cheese
1 Cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
Paprika

Prep Directions:

-Within a large stockpot, melt the butter over medium-low temperature. Add in the essential olive oil. and warm-up.
-Add in the sliced onions, separating the onion segments, giving the onions plenty of volumes.
